My beginner's sessions are gentle and progressive. Participants will learn the basic principles of pilates with simple movements that can then be applied to more advanced exercises.

Ageing is a natural, gradual process that happens to us all. We can do nothing about it but just have to embrace it! Mat pilates will improve your strength, coordination, mobility, flexibility, breathing, balance, concentration, posture, general wellbeing and it can help improve or stop general aches and pains. 


My classes are open to all shapes, sizes, genders, and ages. Whether you are new to exercise or are concerned about hitting the big 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 even 90! – you’re never too old to begin pilates, I have several clients aged 70 – early 90’s!

If you are a keen runner, cyclist, swimmer, golfer, or participate in most sports, pilates can enhance your performance both in these and everyday life.
